a: mai accepts american express, master card and visa.  currently, we do not accept checks or money orders.

q: can i order by phone or fax?

q: is the color that i see on the screen the same as what i will receive?
a: all efforts to display our color as accurately as possible has been extended,
however, as the actual colors that you see will also depend on your monitor. 
we cannot guarantee that your monitor screen of our colors will be accurate.

q: how do i find my size for mai ballet slipper?  do you have half size as well? 
a: our ballet slipper sizes run true to the u.s. standard shoe size.  see the size chart.
