order & delivery

ordering: when you place an order with mai-nyc.com, we will give you an order confirmation number. you can use this number to track the status of your order via email.

delivery: in-stock items are shipped within 72 hours, after the verification of the credit card payment. you will receive your merchandise within 3~10 business days if you are in the u.s. 

mai-nyc cannot guarantee availability of products. if you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. 

payment & delivery policy
we accept visa, mastercard & amex. we do not charge your credit card until your order is ready ship. applicable ny sales tax will apply for ny residents. orders shipped to all other states will not be charged a sales tax. for our customers' protection, all orders are subject for review. on occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. your patience is greatly appreciated.

although you are visiting mai-nyc.com from the locations outside of the u.s., order will be fully processed and shipped from the u.s. international shipping charges will be recalculated and be advised via email. shipments made outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once your package reaches the country of destination and are the full responsibility of the recipient. packages abandoned for whatever reason will not be returned to the buyer and will only be replaced at the buyer's expense.

return policy
mai-nyc allows 7days from the date of the receipt to contact mai for a return authorization number (RA#) if you are not completely satisfied with our products for some reasons. in order for us to process your return, please note the following:

-all products returned for exchange or credit must be returned in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials and tags.

-before returning an item, please obtain a return authorization number (RA#) from our website at info@mai-nyc.com.

-returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier such as UPS or Fedex.

-returns which arrive after 14days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

-shipping and handling costs on returned merchandise are non-refundable.

mai-nyc is not responsible for any item that is not returned using the procedures indicated above. prompt credit will be made upon receipt of the valid return items. when an exchange is made, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and any applicable and extra charges for the exchanged items.
